Join us each month at Elevate for a supportive space to connect, share, and learn with others impacted by Parkinson’s. Whether you’re living with Parkinson’s or caring for someone who is, this group offers time to build relationships and find encouragement from others who understand. Each session also includes a presentation on topics relevant to Parkinson’s, followed by open Q&A and plenty of time for conversation.

November Topic: This month’s Parkinson’s Support Group will feature Bridgit Pankonin, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, owner and clinical director of Integrity Counseling. Bridgit will lead an important discussion on mental health, focusing on depression and suicidal thoughts among those living with Parkinson’s disease.
