Join us each month at Elevate for a supportive space to connect, share, and learn with others impacted by Parkinson’s. Whether you’re living with Parkinson’s or caring for someone who is, this group offers time to build relationships and find encouragement from others who understand. Each session also includes a presentation on topics relevant to Parkinson’s, followed by open Q&A and plenty of time for conversation.

October Topic: Prescriptions & Diet

This month’s meeting will feature a Perham Health pharmacist who will share information on common Parkinson’s medications. We’ll also talk about how these medications may interact with diet, food changes, or sensitivities, with time for questions and group discussion.
