If you are receiving this email, you are a valued organization that is utilizing Elevate's Helper Helper to find and connect with volunteers who align with your mission. 

This is the first survey that we have ever done and we would love your feedback and input. Elevate, as you know, is a grant funded program and we are always looking for ways to measure our impact and overall success as well as to learn how we can be of more service to community members and organizations just like yours.
